Cada guía aporta años de experiencia en fotografía de paisajes, retratos y documentales, además de un profundo conocimiento de la cultura local y de las regiones más remotas.

Lead Photographer

Bayar Balgantseren, Economics graduate, began photography in 2007 through self‑learning and practice. He specializes in nature, wildlife, landscapes, and nomadic lifestyle, using Nikon equipment. In 2013 he published a book and has exhibited his work worldwide. His photography has appeared in major magazines and he was awarded the PHOTO OF THE YEAR 2024 Grand Prix, along with multiple international recognitions.

Professional Photographer

Eric von Schulthess, Swiss fine art photographer and founder of a gallery in Grenchen, began his career during the Covid lockdown in 2020. In just three years, he earned more than 100 international awards, and in 2024 he completed a Master’s degree in Fine Art Photography. He specializes in expressive portraits, nude art, landscapes, and photographic expeditions in Switzerland, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia.

Wildlife and Nature Photographer

Buyan‑Erdene Togontumur, born in Dadal, Khentii province, was actively involved in arts and sports before joining the tourism sector in 2013. Since 2018, he has dedicated himself fully to professional photography, specializing in landscapes, wildlife, culture, aerial shots, and videography. A member of the Mongolian Society of Nature Photographers, he has exhibited worldwide with the mission of inspiring conservation.

Photographer

Tamir Sandagsuren is a passionate Mongolian photographer and visual storyteller with a background in business administration and public health. Under the mentorship of Bayar Balgantseren, she refined advanced techniques of composition and exposure. Her award‑winning work, exhibited internationally, captures landscapes, wildlife, and nomadic life, blending art with environmental awareness and timeless cultural storytelling.

Professional Photographer

Battsengel Erdenebulgan, Mongolian graphic designer and tourism manager, has pursued nature photography professionally since 2011. His award‑winning work, published in leading outlets such as National Geographic and Lonely Planet, showcases Mongolia’s natural beauty and remote, little‑known landscapes. A multiple national competition winner and internationally exhibited artist, he is Mongolia’s most followed photographer, dedicated to inspiring global appreciation of his homeland.

Travel Photographer

Gan‑Ulzii Gonchig, a professional Mongolian travel photographer with over 14 years of experience, guides and documents journeys across Mongolia’s most remote and iconic landscapes. His internationally exhibited work captures landscapes, culture, and authentic travel experiences, blending visual storytelling with cultural insight and adventure. Collaborating with travelers, brands, and media, he creates meaningful imagery that reaches millions worldwide.
